Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by an additional business day. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:
United States: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Please note:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Field of Nuts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery, including but not limited to:

Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Field of Nuts is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
